Why I didn't prepare for Public Law Seminar:
1. I was defence counsel for Simon Cower who was facing charges for outrage of modesty against Paula Abdul Rahman.
2. I was chief investigator of Mr Shaitana's murder.
3. I was eyewitness to the theft of El's basket of mandarin oranges.
And so here I am, not any more knowledgeable than I was about the role of the Elected President, but perhaps too informed about the number of nipple-less marathon runners in Singapore.
