2 days ago I bought the Reasonable Man the most expensive cookbook in the world. As Jordan says, 'Wah, like that you might as well buy a cook la!'

Which I might have, indirectly. And judging from that night's dinner, it's a pretty good one at that. Check out the gastroporn.

Beef Stragonoff with Asparagus and Potato Medallion

For dessert I made Blueberry Chardonnay Jelly (which was not a disaster but way too sweet). The picture I took was quite unremarkable though, so I won't put it up. And here's the man behind it all, hard at work.

Guess where we went after that!
