Dee, my Muslim colleague, found The Passion of The Christ very sad and touching, and said her heart ached during all the flogging scenes.

I saw a mute couple on the train. Sitting opposite me and signing to each other. When we reached his stop they kissed each other on the lips, then he kissed her right cheek while she simultaneously kissed his left cheek and then he kissed her left cheek while she simultaneously kissed his right cheek. Impressive coordination.
