Started the New Year with a bang literally. The fireworks left me gaping and gushing and gaping some more. The phone camera sucks though, so any envy my brother had for me when I called home vaporised when he looked at the photos. But take my word that it was really beautiful.

I still remember a year ago I announced my New Year's Resolution to my classmates, just to find that I'd broke it unwittingly when I returned home that day. So this year I'm going to keep my resolution to myself; I've had enough of public failures the last year.
