My father is crazy part 2. I had emailed everyone in the ministry with the updated contact list but then realised I forgot to update my own handphone number, so I sent out another email saying "sorry, I must be getting old, but I forgot to update my own handphone number" etc. And I got this reply.

Hello Sylvia,
You are not alone in growing (getting) older but not growing old. The key is in the process of growing and not the end of old.
