Sugar Shack Sunday at La Gourdelle, St Gregoire with Mike, Patricia, King, Trang, WJ, Alex, Giz, Rosangela, Marzia, Letizia, Rachel, Inge, Adl. Waited in line for 1 hr, ate about 1 ton worth of maple syrup (ham with maple syrup, potatos with maple syrup, omelettes with maple syrup, doughnuts with maple syrup, maple syrup tarts, maple syrup taffy) and half a ton worth of lard (fried lard, lard with bean soup, potatos fried in lard, omelettes fried in lard), then danced a little and hiked up the little hill at the back believing that would burn off the fats (yeah right).
