So the 3 weeks of A&G are over and I did reject L&L but am doing 1 week of TKQP instead. Long story.

Looking forward to JB next Monday! And of course I must be the most unprepared September exchange student in my year. I have no accommodation, no visa, no bank account, no idea what my baggage allowance is or what I want to bring. And no modules that I want. Sucks being on the bottom of the food chain.

Am still at a loss as to how to tell the Pastoral Care patients that I'm leaving. I'm ok with goodbyes really, I am. But the problem here I guess is that I don't have any experience with such relationships. It isn't like friendship, which is built over years of shared experiences that far overshadow the short period of separation ahead. It isn't like kinship, which exists as a matter of fact, regardless of physical proximity. And the topic never comes up, and the health of a couple of them just took a turn for the worse, and if it doesn't come up, how do you bring it up?
