I am in an absolutely grumpy mood right now. PMS and Public Law Assignment do not a good combination make. Right now, I'm feeling like this ->

Anyway, I wanted to jump in on Jane's johari window bandwagon, but decided that this is much more useful for self-improvement purposes. Please help me with it, I promise not to get mad!
