Not having SCV, I couldn't watch any of the Euro 2004 matches so far, and won't be watching any of the subsequent quarter-final matches showing on Channel 5 since the 2 teams I supported have already been unceremoniously booted. I am so fed up.
Well at least I have rediscovered FF8, so that gives me something else to do at home. Amazing graphics and soundtrack, and a storyline to boot - every time I play I feel like forcing my brother to learn Japanese and study software design in Tokyo.
Today I learnt a few things - when you get a coupon from Her World to redeem free mini gift sets, mini is always the operative word there; Seoul Garden people are a crafty breed, so when they ask you to choose your soup and drink you should always ask them if there's an additional charge; Triumph is the only swimwear manufacturer that knows that females have boobs; and the only way I'm going to remember that Coffee Club Express's Mocha Freeze tastes like ice-blended chocolate is by tatooing it on my forearm.
