Don't know if I've mentioned this before, but for all the caffeine I imbibe on a regular basis,
I suck at making coffee. Without exaggerating, I could swear I haven't tried coffee worse than that which I try to make. Note to self: future husband must and shall make and serve me a fresh cup of coffee every morning, willingly and with smile on face.
I spent the whole of today trying to wake up. The coffee I attempted was unfit for human consumption, the sour plums Rosnah (colleague) offered me woke only my stomach, and a morning spent deciphering Boss' legendary Snake-and-Ladders handwriting lulled me into an even deeper state of zombie-ness (if there's such a word). Added to the fact that I accidentally left my handphone at home, I virtually didn't exist today. Gave up the fight after lunch and tried to just hide behind my shades for the rest of the day, yet I ran into Peter (f.k.a. The Despatch Guy) while waiting for the bus. At least I'm not alone- later on, Kyle fell asleep in the middle of writing a timed essay.
