my life in a box

Prom was really pretty good after all, barring the silly chain of events leading up to me forgetting my camera and keys. It was nice seeing everyone excited and having fun, in spite of the horrendous music before they played the very corrupted and downloaded-from-Kazaa "Where Is The Love". And I think I ate almost half of my food too, so I got some of my money's worth at least. I think they should've given awards for the coolest hairstyles! Yan Wei would've beaten everyone hands down man. Even the post-prom thing was not bad, (I still think Chia Joo's attempt to kiss Harry on the lips was exceedingly funny, even if very very gay) though people tell me I left right before everyone got drunk and started puking all over the place, thank goodness.

Had Oxford selection test today. The first time i had to write an essay in 30min, and it wasn't pretty. But I think I deserve Brownie points for my references to McCarthyism that I painstakingly dug up from my well-buried memories of Sec3 Lit research for "The Crucible".
