My brother is embarking on a skipping programme to shed the kilos and gain the inches. Sets of hundred, once in the morning, once at night. Once, when I was young and optimistic, I too exercised. Skipping, and ab crunches. (I remember skipping through the finale of Survivor Australia and almost tripping on my rope when Colby voted Keith out instead of Tina.) However, I have quickly grown a distaste for sweat and heat, so the only exercise I get on a regular basis now is shopping. (I don't care what the guys say, shopping -is- exercise.) And there is the occasional swim, badminton game and cycling at East Coast. Note the absence of sweat in these activities; they are conducted underwater, indoors and only on windy evenings respectively.
